How to Book

1. Choose a package (see below).

  • If none of my packages fit your needs, contact me for a custom quote!

2. Email me at lily@lilyofthesea.studio.

  • Reach out at least 4 weeks before the event, if possible.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to secure your booking date.
  • Full payment is expected 2 weeks before the event to confirm my attendance.

3. The day of:

  • I will arrive 30 min - 1 hour before the event to set up my drawing station.
  • Each portrait is freehanded (no sketch) and drawn on heavyweight cardstock paper.

Booking Info

Bookings for special events (weddings, birthdays, baby showers, etc.) include a free 5" x 7" color portrait of the celebrant(s)!

  • Portraits are drawn on 4" x 6" heavyweight cardstock.
  • Special 5" x 7" portraits take about ~15 minutes to complete.
  • I can draw up to 15 people/hour.

  • You must provide a table & chair(s) with adequate lighting.
  • For bookings 3+ hours long, I will take a 30 minute break.

Hourly Packages

  • 2 hours | $500 + tax

    Up to 30 people drawn

  • 3 hours | $900 + tax

    Up to 45 people drawn

  • 4 hours | $1300 + tax

    Up to 60 people drawn

  • 5 hours | $1600 + tax

    Up to 75 people drawn
