How to book

1. Choose a package (see below).

  • If you're a brand/cafe interested in a collab, email me(lily@lilyofthesea.studio)!
  • If none of my packages fit your needs, contact me for a free custom quote!

2. Contact me and book your event.

  • Email me at lily@lilyofthesea.studio at least 4 weeks before the event.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to secure your booking date.
  • Full payment is expected 2 weeks before the event to confirm my attendance.

3. On the day:

  • I'll arrive an hour before the event with my assistant to set up my drawing station.
  • You will be expected to provide a table and chair(s) for the event, with adequate lighting.
  • Each portrait is drawn directly in ink (no sketch) on cream cardstock and presented in a plain kraft paper envelope.

Hourly bookings

2 hour minimum | $200 per hour

  • Up to 12 portraits/hour
  • For bookings 4+ hours long, the artist will take a 15 min break
  • Must provide table & chair(s) with adequate lighting

Wedding Packages

All tiers include a color portrait of the newlyweds and special event portraits!

Tier 1: $1200 | 3 hours of live drawing

  • Up to 2 special event portraits
  • Color portrait of newlyweds

Tier 2: $1600 | 4 hours* of live drawing

  • Up to 3 special event portraits
  • Color portrait of newlyweds
  • *Artist will take a 15 min break during the event.

Tier 3: $2000 | 5 hours* of live drawing

  • Up to 4 special event portraits
  • Color portrait of newlyweds
  • *Artist will take a 30 min break during the event.

What are special event portraits?

Color portraits of special wedding events like vows, first dance, cake-cutting etc.

  • Artist will confirm subject matter with newlyweds before the wedding.
  • Artist will sketch scenes day of and ship final color portraits within the week.

More details

  • I can draw up to 12 portraits/hour.
  • I will be providing my own tools and materials to draw on, but you must provide a table and chair(s) for me in a spot with decent lighting to use at the venue.
  • The newlyweds portrait takes ~20 minutes to complete and can be completed at the venue, or shipped within the week.

*Please factor in the rest break (not counted as drawing time) for bookings when selecting a start time. Thank you!
