How to book

1. Choose a package (see below).

  • If you're a cafe interested in a popup/collab, email me (lily@lilyofthesea.studio)!
  • If none of my packages fit your needs, contact me for a custom quote!

2. Contact me and book your event.

  • Email me at lily@lilyofthesea.studio at least 4 weeks before the event, if possible.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to secure your booking date.
  • Full payment is expected 2 weeks before the event to confirm my attendance.

3. On the day:

  • I'll arrive 30 min - 1 hour before the event to set up my drawing station.
  • You will be expected to provide a table and chair(s) for the event, with adequate lighting.
  • Each portrait is freehanded (no sketch) and drawn on heavyweight cardstock paper.

Hourly bookings

2 hour minimum | $250 per hour

  • I can draw up to 15 people/hour
  • For bookings 3+ hours long, the artist will take a 15 min break
  • Must provide table & chair(s) with adequate lighting

Wedding Packages

All tiers include a sized up color portrait of the newlyweds!

Tier 1: $900 + tax | 3 hours of live drawing

  • 30-40 guests drawn
  • Color portrait of newlyweds

Tier 2: $1300 + tax | 4 hours* of live drawing

  • 50-60 guests drawn
  • Color portrait of newlyweds
  • *Artist will take a 15 min break during the event.

Tier 3: $1600 + tax | 5 hours* of live drawing

  • 60-70 guests drawn
  • Color portrait of newlyweds
  • *Artist will take a 30 min break during the event.

More details

  • I can draw up to 15 people/hour.
  • I will be providing my own tools and materials to draw on, but you must provide a table and chair(s) for me in a spot with decent lighting to use at the venue.
  • The newlyweds portrait takes ~15 minutes to complete and can be drawn live, or drawn from a photo while the newlyweds enjoy their celebration!
